It looks like they are starting the foundation for a new building just east of the new Conoco at 150th & Penn. Does anybody have an idea what might be coming in here? It looks like a pretty good size lot.

Thanks for the info. That is interesting...I assume that the development in this area is going to be somewhat limited bc of Summit Middle being so close.

Can anyone else confirm this? My brother has been looking for a daycare close to his home and work, and this may fit the bill.

There is an 18,000 square foot day care center being built on the south side of NW 150th and just east of Penn; 2000 NW 150th Street.

Building permit was for $1 million on 12/6/12.
