Only in Oklahoma are apartments looked upon so disdainfully in suburban areas. I guess the quality is just not there in them to be lasting.

Well you take a main in & out thoroughfare into bedroom community and pack it with high density housing and disdain is what you're going to get. Like I said I hope it's not more apartments.

Aparments near other developments are good. This is near nothing except a school. So, you can imagine the traffice during pick up and drop off.

I am sure it will be a gas station though. I don't think it is zoned for residentia there.

clearing not big enough for apartments, i am sure it will be some kind of gas station. a 7-11 just went in down the street on 15th.
