They are doing site work.

98% of the work will be inside the various buildings; the outside won't change much other than adding a pool and pool house in the middle of the complex.

Thanks for the update Pete. Was speaking to a realtor yesterday. They have 4 townhomes unsold and another one up for re-sale. All the flats are sold.
