Hey downtownguy, can you give us an update on the current status of the Legacy Summit at Arts Central? A poster asked a question about it below in another post.

Rumors abound, newspapers haven't written anything, and the site remains untouched. That's all I know.

I have a question for Downtownguy too.

Your forum had a statement a couple weeks ago about "expecting a really big announcement soon" Have they announced this yet or is it still to come?

Can you give any more hints about this "really big announcement soon" topic? :)

Hmmm...I suppose this is the answer to nuclear's question:

"Summer Dreams

by downtownguy at downtownguy.blogspot.com.

This summer will be a memorable time for downtown Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma River. For all of you dreaming of what a MAPS 3 can deliver, stop and consider that the next big thing might not be something that appears to be on a ballot, but rather a series of responses to investments already made by residents of Oklahoma City.

If even half of what's being planned comes true, this will be a pivotal year.

Can you identify this great new urban space? Luke at www.theoklahoman.blogspot.com has found his nitche, doing with photos what I do with words."

By the way, the pic shown in the blog was from the downtown library.
