They look like they could open any day but there is still a huge pile of debris in the lot to the south.

Also, they didn't install one plant or blade of grass. Everything is either concrete or gravel. At least they kept some of the mature trees.

As is par for the course with this development, their website isn't even active yet.

Woah, those are way nicer than I would have expected.
I also thought it was funny that they raked all the gravel out and laid sod.

Ah, my bad here. What I meant to say, was their URL on their banner isn't correct.

Right. It took me a while to find the right URL.

They still have a mountain of debris on the south half of this property.

The original plan was to build a similar structure there but I suppose we shouldn't push our luck here.

Whoa, is this right or a stock image?

That's actually in one of the apartments -- not stock.

Bahahaha this place! I would love to peruse the portfolio of this place. How much money it must have taken. My main source of laughter is that the HUGE trees in front of the place were 2 inch saplings when they were planted. I’m equally tickled by the interior shot. It’s not “consistent” with the other places in the neighborhood.

I can't get the website to work. It may be my work's firewall.

They are just getting cocky now; 2nd building nearing completion:

Feels like the second building went up at light speed compared to the first. Though maybe this is speaking too soon since it isn't finished out yet.

There is a small apartment complex directly across from this -- on the west side of Penn -- that is shuttered pending a big renovation.

All the small apartment buildings in this area seem to stay full.

Looks like the 2nd building is now complete.

The incredibly long saga of this property has finally ended.
