Interestingly, there is a separate case on the Downtown Design Review Agenda that approves a deletion of a pool in the Hadden Hall common area, ostensibly to be replaced by the shown-above terraces.

I guess it'll flow better with the plaza, but I thought that pools were a huge draw for most prospective urban renters. Oh well, Hadden Hall's doing great anyway and this will be awesome!

That looks really nice! Glad to see all these small Midtown projects coming through slowly but surely.

It seems like there's quite a bit of landscaping already behind Hadden Hall that may tie-in with the courtyard and the parking area.

My only nitpick is the huge white Helvetica lettering on the font awning. It just looks to modern and out of place.

I really love the interior decor... looks like it was built this century. And I love how that contrasts with the historic-looking exterior.

Me too. I drive by and the building is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful. But that signage sticks out to me.
I don't know what you call this style of sign (pic below), but I've thought it would look appropriate. Not the type - just that old style jut-out. What's it called?

fRont awning. Whoops.
Looking at it more closely, the whole awning sticks out as too modern, but the text is the worst part.
