I am super excited about tonights game. This game has tons of implications.
We need to be LOUD for tonights game against the Lakers. The last time we beat the Lakers at home was game 2 of the 2010 playoffs.

Actually it was game 4 but yeah, this game will be fun simply because it is the Lakers in town.

Lakers played well against the Mavs last night. It would be nice to go into the All Star break with another win.

It wasn't a last minute nailbiter but it was still a lot of fun. Ten years ago who among us could have even dreamed that we would have our own NBA team with the best record in the league, favored to go the finals, and would beat the Celtics and Lakers on back to back nights at home. It's not a championship but it's certainly something worth enjoying completely.

Has anyone heard about the status of Kyle Lowry? Will he be in the line-up for Houston against the Thunder Tomorrow (3/12)?

He won't. Last I heard, he was still in a New York hospital. Even after he gets out, it's going to be a few weeks before he's back in the lineup.

What a blow to the Rockets! Let's continue to hope for the best! This indeed has been a very unfortunate season for some NBA players.

I wouldn't say they got whipped but they definately were outplayed.

Every team in the NBA goes through a down period, and it looks like it has hit the Thunder. Miami has even lost some close games to some sub par teams as of late. We are not going to win every game, but it does look bad when you lose and 11pt lead with 2 minutes to play. Its all about match ups, and the Thunder does not match up well with the Rockets. If you remember, the Thunder lost to the Rockets a few weeks ago by 1pt. Are we the better team? Yes. Is Houston a good team? Yes, they are above .500. Will we lose more close games? Yes. Humility is something that comes with being a fan, that is why you see the word Humility on banners of OKC Thunder players. Because we will have to go through Humility to get to the top!

Houston came ready to play, and as usual Thunder had to play catch up the entire game. They have got to start playing more aggressive other than that half court offense, thats not enough to beat teams like Miami who is just doing what ever they want, when ever they want, How ever they want.

Agreed. It's getting repetitive.

Your right, we should never lose to anyone and should in every game by 50.

Nah, we will always lose some games but the slow starts they get off to almost every game are atrocious and come back to bite them when they play a team like San Antonio, Miami, Chicago, etc. which I think is what SoonerBoy18 is trying to get at. At least I took it that he meant that.

Yes, games like this are statement games (MUST WIN games) They cannot play like this when Miami, and Chicago comes to town and I dont think they will, we seem to be a better team when April arrives.

I don't have any, can't find anything that I like in the size that I need. I had a navy blue shirt on, which kind of works for either.

There were quite a few wearing Thunder stuff in there, a couple across the aisle from me and I saw a few cars with Oklahoma plates in the area heading to the game. I did see one Sonics/Durant jersey.

It is rumored that President Obama will attend a Thunder game. I would like to remind people how excited and honored the team will be to have him in attendance. They have done so much for our city that it is my opinion that people should consider the team's feelings and give the President a rousing welcome. We should show him that sport transcends politics.

If its a large size, we've got an OKCThunderfans shirt all the way up to 5X. And they're free to members of the site.

LOL, no, if he does go it'll be the Clippers game on Wednesday since that's the day he's flying into OKC (or so the rumor says). Heat game isn't until Sunday and Bulls are April (?).

Your talking about Cushing for the speech?

The Thunder have been playing like crap lately, they are 5-5 in their last 10 games. With losses to mediocre teams like the Cavs, Jazz, and Rockets. I also noticed that KD's performance is dropping, he went 6/22 last night with 6 TO's. The Thunder also had 20 turnover last night, that is borderline ridiculous. I noticed in the last few games, they are not playing with any emotion as they usually do. They are playing arrogant, just because they have a comfortable leave in West. They better get it together, or they will lose out in the first round of the playoffs.
