Recommended by my D-I-L to my wife.
Arrived from Netflix (disc, not streaming).
Had my wife scratching her head at first trying to remember why she put it in the que.
Then she remembered.

She watched it last night and when I got in from work raved about it.
I was up until 1:00 am watching it.

Time well spent.
(Even though for about five minutes I had serious doubts . . . mostly based on the weird title and a brief summary of the story.)

Do you mean Temple Grandin, perhaps?

Thank you.
I sit corrected.
With appreciation.
(Have you seen it? She is really into correct spelling too! =)

Sort of like the difference between "artistic" and "autistic" . . . =)

I suppose that it would be completely impossible for Pete to correct the Thread Title . . .
(in order to avoid a lot of people getting mad at Netflix for not having the suggested video).

Trust me, Pete: The money order is in the mail. Or will be tomorrow.

I've not seen the film (the one with Claire Danes?), but have read much about Ms. Grandin and her significant accomplishments in animal science. A remarkable human being.

Yes. The one with Claire Danes.
"A remarkable human being"--while completely accurate--only begins to approach Temple Grandin's "Actuality" . . .

(Watch the "making of" part in the "special features" on the disc. She is actually in there.)
