Ok thanks for the update, I had not heard of an actual date. This is Sauced on Main Street and as far as I know it is owned by the same people as Sauced on Paseo.

Its a Hal Smith Restaurant Group business now. I dont believe that Sauced on Paseo started out that way, I believe they bought them out a while ago.

True. Sauced on Paseo ( http://www.eataroundokc.com/sauced-on-paseo-pizza-made-to-order-by-the-slice/ ) and
( http://www.eataroundokc.com/restaurant/sauced-on-paseo/ ) are connected to this new operation in Norman.

The new folk are not the old Sauced ( http://www.eataroundokc.com/sauced-great-hang-out-less-than-memorable-food/ )

I went to their soft opening Friday. It was really good. We ordered Italian Nachos and their 16" pizza, which is the only size that's hand tossed. Next time, I'll order a smaller pizza because I prefer a crispier crust. That's a personal preference, though.

The new folks are not the old folks (the new-er owners own Paseo Grill and they used to own Whole Enchilada before it closed), but I also don't think they're part of the HSRG.

Definately a HSRG I saw Hal with a Sauced shirt on just yesterday.

ate here today for lunch, and it was pretty good... but for a place called Sauced, there was very little sauce on the pizza....

It is already out of business! "Closed for remodel---new concept coming late Summer" is posted on the door. It seems like Hal Smith Group has some great restaurants, but has lately has as many failed attempts..

Well, it was mediocre at best... So good luck with their next attempt

From what I heard, they were going to open a burger joint here, but then decided just to sell. I believe LaBaguette bought it.
