Does anyone know anything about the ground clearing that is going on just outside the West entrance to Quail Springs? There are apartments just West of that lot and the owner of the lot in question is listed as "The Park at Tuscany, LLC". I can't decide if that sounds like more apartments or a shopping center.

I found that thread shortly after starting this one. If that development is going to extend from just West of Quail Springs all the way to 150th.....WOW!

I don't think the apartments are stretching out that far. It must be some small retail center.

I believe this is the new Quail Springs Baptist Church.

I don't think this would be a May Ave. address. If you step off the curb from the land being leveled, you would be in the road that circles Quail Springs Mall. I don't know the name of the street that leads from May to Quail Springs but the end of that street is where the activity is taking place.

I think the sign indicates retail

Pretty sure these are apartments, as the construction continues, it's got that look (multiple foundations layed down)
