I’ve been to the following stores:
Super Cao Nguyen (23rd and Classen)

Sunflower Market (N.W. 63Rd and May)

Albertson's (Britton and May)

These stores have the “thin” udon noodles, unlike the thick kind I enjoy from Yakomono's off Memorial.

I'd really like fresh noodles , however will gladly take dried noodles if possible.

I think I may have seen some at Super Target quite a while ago.

Have you tried Saigon Taipei Market on 89th and Penn? I can't recall seeing them, but their proper name is "Sanuki Futo" udon.
