Also Okc Ymca's were recognized in NewsOk as being ahead of the national curve for wellness. Oklahoma City-area YMCAs ahead of national curve for wellness policy YMCAs throughout the country have adopted new standards to improve the health of children who participate in their programs. The national effort includes reducing screen time, increasing water intake and setting minimum activity times depending on age.
