The video mentions Steve's upcoming article about this but I didn't find it posted on the website yet.

Sleepy Hollow needs to be remodeled with a bulldozer.
(Always mediocre at best.)
The County Line probably needs to be converted back into a (Faux)Speakeasy.
I'm a bit suprised that the good folks over at the Prohibition Room skated out of town rather than considering that option.
(The "Q"--and service--at The Line was always fair to middlin' . . .
The venue, however, was excellent.)
If the "Legendary" "County Line" can't come back, I fear for the future of The Haunted House just up the road a piece (and a little to the left).
Thanks for the link to the story, lj.

I have to agree with this. It is a unique building and location.

Sleepy Hollow ... (Always mediocre at best.) ...
Would disagree, at least as to the 70's. Was worth a trip across state back in the day.

Yup.
But that was Then (like, geez, amigo, back when "sewer suckers/plumbers" i used to know said their grease trap was the worst. =)
and this is, like, Now.
Fly in from Europe or The Maldives or drive the Ethiopian Cuisine Truck to the location to offload the bulldozer from the upper level of the parking lot as I did back in the 80's.
To witness the demolition and haul away.
Should you choose to do so.
County Line . . .
Hold off until someone with money realizes what a Gem it is . . .
