What the hell was Gary Pinkel thinkng at the end of the 4th quarter in the Missouri/Arizona St game? With 30 seconds left to go in the game and that ball at the Arizona St 32 yard line he decides to pass on 2nd and 3rd down allowing Arizona St to conserve timeouts because both passes were incomplete. His kicker then has to try a 48 yard field goal in the rain. He also called two timeouts to ice his own kicker. Mind you they were running the ball at will on the final drive.

Run the dang ball, take the clock down to 1, call a time out, and kick a much shorter fieldgoal for the win. I guess that is why he still coaches at Missouri.

Oh well, time for over-time. Watching PAC 16 conference games are going to suck becasue it is 2AM here on the East Coast.

In this case it lost them the game because Arizona St won in overtime.

I didn't watch it but that is just stupid. Serves him right, since Arizona State won.
