BoulderSooner 08-17-2011, 07:06 AM Harvey lofts is a 13 unit building on the nw corner of 11th and Harvey ... it has been completed for almost 5 years and has been fully sold for over 2 years. there is now at least 1 unit for sale again.
also sharing the same parking lot is "The 4 at Harvey" which are apts for lease they are fully occupied and rent for 950 or so a month ..
Spartan 08-17-2011, 12:48 PM They must have taken their website down, because I remember it pretty clearly too. I imagine it was an immediately successful project (for sale even) that they just had no use for keeping the website up for marketing purposes.
mcca7596 08-17-2011, 12:52 PM Thanks for the info Boulder and Spartan. I suppose that wouldn't make sense to keep a website up, if they are for sale and sold that quickly. It seems like the same thing happened with The Centennial on the Canal.
icecold 08-17-2011, 01:15 PM There are currently 2 units for sale, although both are currently rented. The price is $148,500 which is about $211/sq.ft.
BoulderSooner 08-17-2011, 01:31 PM i actually live at HL .. we had the option of taking over the web site from the developer after they sold the final Loft but we declined .. so it lasted about another year then expired
Soonerinfiniti 01-30-2012, 06:27 AM I drove by the Harvey Lofts today and saw a flyer for a re-sale unit (#403). It is listed for $186,150, which is just about what they paid for it in 2009. When people complain about affordable living downtown - how come they never mention the Harvey Lofts? This unit appears to be a one bedroom unit, is that the problem? Does anyone know the HOA dues at this project? Is there actual affordable housing downtown, but it is being ignored because it is not located in a specific area?
Roadhawg 01-30-2012, 07:55 AM It might just be me but 186K for a 1 bedroom unit is not what I call affordable housing.

the 1 bed is all most 1100sqft .. 170 a sqft is the asking price ... find me anything for sale down town close to that ...
and on the top floor with roof top deck and a great south view ..

You can get half that price with same amenities at Classen Glen or Sycamore Square, but for new construction, I agree that's a bargain for DT.
mcca7596 01-30-2012, 11:18 AM ...but for new construction...
Just to be clear, this was a renovation of an existing building about 5 or 6 years ago, right? It wasn't an actual new building?

the building is from the 1930's ... so it was not totally "new" but the building was stripped down to concrete and brick .. a new entrance was build and the uints are hard wood floors granite counter tops with gated parking .... much higher quality finish outs than classen glen or sycamore square

Not if you count the renovated units at said developments, just the complexes as a whole weren't redone by a developer as was Harvey Lofts.
HangryHippo 06-13-2013, 03:11 PM Does anyone know what's going on at 1201 N Harvey, the little 1 story building on the NW corner of Harvey and 11th? I drove by today and noticed they're doing some work, but I didn't see a sign and a quick search yielded no results.

Minor renovation. Offices for a ministry of some sort.
sooner88 04-25-2014, 10:36 PM Does anyone have any reviews of these condos? I don't see a lot of information on them out there, but would like to know what you all have heard. Thanks in advance.

You should send a message to BoulderSooner -- he lives there.
