I heard from a co-worker that The Mont was bought out by a developer and that it will be replaced with more apartments. Has anyone heard this? If so, have you heard any time frames?

Well that would be an incredibly horrible decision.

According the the Cleveland County Assessor, the property is owned by the same group that has owned it for years.

Maybe they were thinking of the old O'connell's being replace with the new Sooner Center housing?

Your coworker is WRONG! They are not closing. Crowe still owns it and isn't planning on selling (Unless the wife and I win the lottery and pay him an insane amount of money for it!) ;)
