Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I have no idea who this fellow was. He didn't turn up in any of my research. Best bet is for some of the old timers here to chime in.

Rats, that blows my guess. I saw that pic and figured it was someone Doug saw in his younger days and decided when he grew up, this was the look he would be shooting for.
