The building is now owned by TJX, parent company of TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Homegoods. Would be a good time for them to enter. mrktguy29 08-05-2011, 12:03 AM By a Google search of average store sizes of each of their 2 stores, Homegoods is smallest with 28,000 SF, TJ Maxx is #2 with 30,000 SF and Marshalls is at the top with 32,000 SF. White letters on the blue background. They have also added their sign into the main sign for the shopping center. Moving along rather quickly. This center is starting to remind me of one that is is Grand Prairie Texas with Target, Marshalls and a few other random stores. Looks like they want it to be open before the holiday shopping season starts. |
