It looks like Don is rather fixated on the three-car garage across the street. Perhaps he's contemplating his identity.

Didn't see this on the thread yet.

Nice finishes and appliances. About $240/SF.

yah its not the origional footprint. .there was a large addition added to it long ago.. I love the amount of square footage.. I just sometimes wish i could re-arrange that square footage into different rooms..LOL

East side of Western at NW 37th Street & North Western I saw the following updated apartments. Seemed like a nice newer renovation and from some of the aerial maps, they are showing 2012 updates? Google maps does show an updated view as well.

I have searched the forums and I can't believe it's not posted here somewhere so if it is, please update this thread to that - or let me know how I do that. So, let me know if it's posted on here somewhere...

I just thought it was a very nice update and use - and wanted to find out more about the site and apartments. They were intriguing to me.

Looks like this project is now complete; images from Brent Swift Design Facebook page.

Yet another great local developer doing amazing renovation and innovative work. He primarily focuses in Norman but I hope he does more projects in OKC -- this is absolutely fantastic!

This looks just great. I, too, would love to see him get more involved in OKC as he does excellent work!

I wonder how his project on Boyd St. in Norman is coming along?

This is handsome design work. Tasteful and classy.

Just enough understatement without being spartan (a quality I often find in "modern" design) and just enough adornment without being garish. Excellent mix of materials, spacing, and coloration. Well done.

Of course, the old buildings had some good bones on them. But this work really puts it all together. Great aesthetics. I'm impressed.

A few years ago you could have made a fantastic argument for tearing this place down.

That is fantastic. Judging from the photos, it has the nicest floorplan of the new loft style developments.

I know people praise Brent Swift Design but what are peoples viewpoint on Butzer Gardner Architects?

This has been on the last couple of Architecture Tours, in different stages of construction; I remember saying this year that "it still amazes me that the city ever wanted this torn down."

I'm just glad it was finally sold to someone who was willing to renovate it. I know that I tried getting in contact with the owners and later the realtors and could never get a hold of anyone or get a call back. They did a great job.
