I noticed a sign going up today for Billy Simms BBQ/Emerson Biggins Sports Grill. Anyone know anything about it? It is right down from Lemon Grass, behind the Chase bank.

That would be pretty cool...The Biggins part not so much on the Sims part...Used to hit Biggins a lot 5 or 6 yrs ago...Make a mean burger with fried egg and the scenery was nice
