So it looks to me like they might be widening 149th/19th to a 4 lane all the way to I-44, or at least to Penn.

Anyone know exactly what they are doing?? From what I hear they are just moving utility lines for future widening. Was told that nothing is scheduled yet and any construction is 6--8 years away.
