Just the facts

Why would they put up drapes inside the entire glass curtain wall? That's the strangest thing ever. After they just obliterated the wall to open it up more...

I don't get it either. They should have just left the brick up and painted windows on it.

What is that painted blue line on the brick seen above? Post #288 pics.

Appears to be where someone painted over a sign that had been painted along the roofline of the one-story building. I'm pretty sure I can make out "Crockett's Smokehouse" underneath, which makes sense as I remember there had been a BBQ joint in that building in the nineties. Didn't recall it being a Crockett's, but I guess it must've been.

Edit: confirmed that it was Crockett's, though according to this article it was only in business in that location for six months: http://newsok.com/creative-purchases-crocketts-locations/article/2626420/?page=2

Tapstone is now completely moved in and are having a Grand Opening event on Thursday.

Look forward to seeing some photos of the interior -- heard it's quite stunning.

Made the ribbon cutting today and got the full tour from the developers. Absolutely stunning, and obviously TONS of room for growth. Also got to meet Daniel Chae (Chae and All About Cha). Very excited for his place on the ground floor.

They have been moving in quite a bit of furniture the last 24 hours, I assume they are finishing out the 5th floor office spaces at this time!
