Hopefully someone can give me a recommendation...I'm trying to find someone who does concrete staining/repairs. In the process of moving something into my house my floor was scratched (stained concrete---scratch is about 6 inches long and 2 inches wide). Anyway do any of you guys know anybody?

As something as small as that you could pick up a small bottle of a similar color stain. Go to the Stamp Store and theyll have what you need and pretty much tell you how to do it. No need to pay anyone to come out. They have a website www.thestampstore.com

I didn't think you could restain sealed concrete? Or at least not without professional help

Sounds like you scratched the sealer on top. You can take a very fine grit sand paper and sand the area that is damaged and then recoat the area with same sealer.
