I am helping a friend with a project and he needs to get rid of about 50lbs of concrete. I read on the norman trash website that you aren't supposed to throw it away. any ideas how to get rid of it then?

I saw an ad on Craigslist a few days ago, someone was asking for used concrete. It was either in the items wanted section or the materials section.
