Anybody know what is going in just east of 33rd & Santa Fe? Large area cleared just NE of that intersection. Is it just a retail pad or office park?

It's a development called Bristol Office Park II and will be 14 small office buildings that will look residential.

Just over 5 acres of that larger 22 acre lot will be developed in this phase. Not sure what they have planned for the rest of that property.

The last two offices are almost finished now as far as I know. I think the new construction to the west of the offices is going to be retail space. I know the developer, I will try to find out for sure.
