so whats the deal with this.. i though they where just rebuilding 12 street up to eastern.. so why is there narrow to one lanes on eastern starting really far back .. are they adding some lanes on easstern and 12th kinda like they did on telephone and 19th?

I assume to direct traffic to one lane (going both directions). They are rebuilding the intersection though (new concrete). The old intersection was crumbling badly.
