“We must make certain that our legislators understand the impact of their debate on the image of Oklahoma and that marginal issues not important to our state’s economic growth should not make us the target of jokes around the nation,” Edwards said. “These legislators are not representing the best interests of our state and we need to make sure they know where we stand.”
