Gourmet Deli in N. Western is closed!

I was just there a week or so ago ... it was always busy!

you could get a fresh made sandwich, soup, salad and tea for less than $10. I'll miss it.

No, but next time I'm at Bin 73 I will ask, because they are in the same center and probably will have heard something. :)

I heard Chesapeake purchased the building... Makes me wonder if the other buildings that far north on Western are going to be purchased also.

I wonder if he moved the restaurant somewhere else?

Kamp's is in this strip, and a gourmet kitchen shop and Bin 73 ...

Gourmet Deli wasn't very good anyways, I won't miss it.

I asked in Bin 73, and heard that the owner of what was Gourmet Deli was suffering from health problems, and could no longer manage his restaurant. It was too much for him to handle with his health issues, and so he closed it since he could not keep it afloat. And, so far as I know, the strip center has NOT been purchased by Chesapeake.

I am not trying to start a rumor, that is just what someone from work told me. I cannot find anything online about it so I assume the health issue is more legit.
