Anecdotally, I've run across (and photographed) a half dozen or so help wanted signs in front of businesses in the last couple of weeks. I think the numbers say the trend is otherwise but I've not seen those types of signs in a very long time.

help wanted signs means the unemployment numbers is low and there is a demand for employees.
