Anyone know anything about these guys? I'm considering renting one of their properties, but I've heard some not good things about them.

Check out NormanRentalsOnline.com... It has a bunch of rentals in Norman, might give you a chance to find a more reputable property manager...

I've no clue if the same folks are there nowadays or not, but several years back I had no bad issues with them at all when I leased through them.

My fiancee's family uses them to manage one of their properties and they haven't had any problems that I am aware of...

I rent with them, and while their properties are nice, if you want to get ANYTHING done you have to go in there and tell them. Otherwise the girls at the front will just write it down and never get back to it. When we moved into our house, STR did not have the owner of our house's phone number to contact him (odd, i know). We needed him to give permission to us to change the utilities into our name (Something they had not arranged for) and had to wait a while until they got it. So pretty much, once you get through all the BS and get settled, its worth it. We got a great deal on a house in cedercreek and never have to deal with the landlord or STR coming and checking on us (Not saying we are hiding something, but it is good not having to worry).
