We have found 4 houses in Edmund we want to look at and then offer a contract on the one we like. We don't need hand holding or someone to search for us. I am looking for a broker that is willing to negotiate on their commission since we have already honed our list down to 4 options. I am asking for a broker recommendation as they will be more apt to work with us on commission negotiation since they would not be splitting with an agent.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also are there any agent rating website for the OKC area?

I can't begin to to express what a great job he did for us. We were out of state and bought the place, unseen. He took care of everything and also took care of selling a rental house that needed repairs (he arranged for all of them at a good price and did some, himself). He never gave us a moments worry.
