There is some action on the building on the corner of Broadway and 33rd now. It has been sitting for quite some time, unoccupied and now its being remodeled. Does anyone know what this is going to be??? When they first started, I was secretly hoping it would have been a Jack in the Box, but Carl's Jr. is too close for that. :(

County Assessor shows it is owned by Mid First Bank. Not sure if they are putting a bank there or not.
