and traditional spices. Served mild or spicy.
CARIBBEAN CURRY CHICKEN -- $9.00
Tenderly stewed chicken, falling off the bone, cooked with mild yet tasty
curry flavors.
JAMAICAN BROWN STEW OXTAIL -- $10.00
A classic Jamaican dish. Beef on the bone oxtails seared and stewed with
a brown sauce, cooked down with onions, garlic, brown sugar, salt and
lima beans.
FILLET OF RED SNAPPER -- $12.00 (Cooked to Order)
Red snapper fillet, pan-fried and seasoned with onions, butter, scallion and thyme with a touch of jerk flavoring.
