 Jamaican Jerk Chicken seasoned with onions, pimento, garlic, peppers
and traditional spices. Served mild or spicy.

CARIBBEAN CURRY CHICKEN -- $9.00
 Tenderly stewed chicken, falling off the bone, cooked with mild yet tasty
curry flavors.

JAMAICAN BROWN STEW OXTAIL -- $10.00
 A classic Jamaican dish. Beef on the bone oxtails seared and stewed with
a brown sauce, cooked down with onions, garlic, brown sugar, salt and
lima beans.

FILLET OF RED SNAPPER -- $12.00 (Cooked to Order)
 Red snapper fillet, pan-fried and seasoned with onions, butter, scallion and thyme with a touch of jerk flavoring.

JAMAICAN VEGETARIAN PLATTER -- $8.00 (Cooked to Order)
 Steamed Calalloo, cabbage and carrots with choice of rice and plantain
