Does anyone know of a place in Oklahoma City that serves Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches? They are similar to chicken fried steak sandwiches. I did see them at the Arts Festival.

They just as likely could make you a sammywich from it, but I prefer the double meat combos, two nice size tenderloins sitting next to a stack of sliced brisket (other choices exist as well, but those are my fav), a deep fried cob, some beans, some bread ... pure artery kickin' pleasure on a plate. ck76 05-20-2010, 07:09 PM I wish sombody would open up a Carolina style BBQ in OKC !!! mmonroe 05-20-2010, 07:23 PM They sell them at most Brewer hosted events! When I worked under Brenda for the Brewers at the different events, that was my staff meal! metro 05-21-2010, 10:44 AM I wish sombody would open up a Carolina style BBQ in OKC !!! RibCrib has good carolina style sauce, I usually pick me up some good sauce at SuperTarget as well. There are a few other places that have Carolina style BBQ but the names escape me right now. jpmoney 05-21-2010, 06:43 PM I wish sombody would open up a Carolina style BBQ in OKC !!!
