Well that sucked - what a let down. I was thinking there for a few minutes we might win. They still need to drive to the basket more and not take so many 3's. 17 blocks is amazing though when they have two guys over 7 foot.
Crap wrong thread. This is what I get for posting at 2AM.

Hate it..Too bad..
Yep - way too many shots with no rebounders in position. I counted 5 rebounds under the Thunder goal that hit the ground before the first Laker touched it. That is 10 potential points.

Let's not lose faith in this team.
Sure, last night's game was a let down for the fans and equally for the players.
You've got to remember who we are playing and many times they (Lakers) get the benefit of the doubt with marginal calls.
It's just a matter of time before we catch some breaks. If the Thunder continue to play hard and run the court--they will exhaust the Lakers.
I am particular pleased with the demeaner of our players as they continue to hold their heads high and play with determination!
The actions of Kobe Bryant was particular disappointing when he threw that arm that missed one of our players and the referees chose to ignore it; this tells me that the Thunder is really taking it to the Lakers.
I know Phil Jackson knows deep down inside that he know that his team dodged a bullet last night and Durant did not receive the superstar treatment that his Lakers so often received. Phil's head game will some day catch up with him.
We can take the next two in Loud City aka Thunderdome. Oklahoma City's NBA fans will be in the spotlight.
Let's make the most of this situation!
Great game, I was especially proud of our players.

I just hope that Mullens will be the answer---if not this, hopefully next. He is obviously better than robert swift and guy we sent to denver last year.
I just dont think that we have the salary cap room to sign a quality free agent for this position and obviously we are not going to get a lottery draft pick.
Obviously getting green, hardin, thabo, and even durant to put the ball in the basket rather than bouncing off the rim would help a lot but that could simply be a sign of fatigue. Of course, the Lakers played 82 regular season games also.
