More credit to the MidtownR guys for continuing to find creative ways to bring more life to Walker in the heart of midtown:

- Expanded Louie's patio and added retractable awning
- Patio in front of Plaza Court
- Converted 1012 N. Walker to retail (Chrips and Cheers, etc.)
- Adding 2 retail spots in Plaza Court to Walker frontage
- 1212 with Waffle Champion and patio plus hair / boutique
- Converted Meg Guess into spots for Fit Circle, Mode, and Hank's Coffee
- Renovated Ambassador Hotel and added Viceroy grill

I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting about.

That patio is pretty fantastic. The only thing that would make this better is if it (the building and the patio) were on the corner with parking behind like everything else in those couple of blocks. But that decision was made 50 years ago or whenever, so oh well.

I didn't realize that this was originally a gas station (saw info on the old service station thread). Would make sense that the building would be placed in the rear of the property to allow for gas pumps and service bays. http://www.okctalk.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=13263&d=1478994557

Right, no question. At least it's a great, funky little building. That offsets not having a sidewalk presence.

Ate here recently and man, this menu has changed. Apparently they lost their chef during Covid. Smaller menu, no soup rotator anymore. The pizzas which used to be the go-to now overcooked and dry. The ambience and service are still first rate but sad to see the menu decline. They were packed on a Thursday, so guessing food is not the main reason people go there.
