I actually just had one of their delicious onion burgers just minutes ago. But yea, a story about a Elvis-impersonating drug-dealing burger-flipper is quite strange. Worth a shot? Hell yes. If there was a Sids in OKC I have a feeling it would be a big hit ala Nic's. Just eat there after you go to the court house, that onion burger smell tends to follow you the rest of the day. Bigrayok 03-24-2010, 10:18 PM This story makes me sad, but it does not surprise me. I eat at Sid's Diner for lunch on Saturdays quite frequently. I hope this does not hurt the other people that work there. I like the onion burgers and coneys with slaw but they are not as good as Nic's. I will continue to eat at Sid's in Yukon if it stays open. They do take plastic now. At one time, there was one just East of Santa Fe and 4th/134th in Moore. I can see how somebody might connect that one to OKC since the city limit line for OKC and Moore is just a little west of Santa Fe. |
