I'd say that is pretty accurate...
Hopefully we will get more magnetism and stickiness in the coming years.

Sounds like it must suck to live in north dakota and south carolina. . .
And New York is the lowest magnet? really? I don't buy that. . .

New York state lost more than 1 million U.S. residents since 2000. Only immigration and natural increases kept its totals increasing.
Buffalo and Rochester are the biggest losers of U.S. residents.

I am in complete awe of the people who live in those northern plains states (Dakotas, Minnesota, etc.). Anyone who lives in Rochester or Buffalo is a masochist. That lake snow will eat you up.

I miss living in the north for that very reason. Snow!!!
