Does anyone happen to know if fire pits are allowed in backyards in Del City? I was thinking about buying an outdoor fireplace bowl but got to thinking about building my own pit.

Any advice or info about Del City code regarding outdoor fireplaces or fire pits would be great.

Just call in to the city and they can tell you.

I know of two people in del city who built fire pits. Call the permit department and ask what the restrictions are.

I knew I needed to call the city but thought I would find out if anyone had first hand knowledge.
