I just stumbled across a little known coffee store. It is called Roaster Exchange at 1530 W Main. They make roasting equipment, but also have a small store in the building. I have had several of their fresh roasted coffees. All are wonderful, but my favorites are Breakfast blend and Costa Rican. I have shared some with friends and they too are hooked. Some say it's the best coffee they have ever had. It's fresh beans that are roasted on a daily basis, not months old like in the grocery store. Go by and see Barbara and she will be glad to explain the facts of their wonderful java.
