I was wondering what ever happened to the proposed mixed-use development near 235 and Sante Fe, near Edgemere Park. I believe Kirk Humphrey's son was behind it. I was really excited about a mixed-use project finally coming to OKC, after they chose the ugly Edmond-esque "Legacy" thing over Marva Ellis's proposal; however I digress as that was off topic.

Last I saw in the Crown Heights newsletter was that the tenants of the building that was due to be torn down have been given a 3 year lease extension, so the project will be delayed at least that long.

I doubt the neighbors killed this. Look around.

Good point, this and the outlet mall were two of the projects I was most looking forward to.
