Hi everyone,

I need to start work out and I'm confused what gym should I choose? I know that i can work out without going to a gym but I wanna go to a gym.
So, is all American better or Aspen? Also, If you know another one better than both, please let me know!

When I was a member at All American I found it to be really poor. The machines were frequently broken and the number of members per machine is a joke. That said, it is cheap. I don't know anything about Aspen, so no comment there. I just think it's too bad that Oklahoma doesn't have clubs like 24 Hour or even Bally's.

i go to 4 star fitness and like it well enough. its on may near 63. next door to mazzios and across the street from teds. go check it out!

You could'nt pay me to go to All American. I'd go to Aspen (Penn Sq. location) or YMCA or if you can afford it, Park Harvey Athletic Club.
