View Full Version : What is that smell downtown? BBatesokc 04-20-2009, 09:23 AM I am downtown on a daily basis. This morning at OCPD headquarters I got out of my car and was almost knocked over by one of the worst smells I have ever encountered. I thought it must be isolated to the immediate area (sewer line etc.). But, when I arrived at the midtown YMCA at 9:20am I could smell it there too but not quite as strong. Its like a very faint smell of a sewer, but it is very obvious it is not a natural odor. Maybe someone busted a sewer line somewhere around the CBD. When i was very young, I must have been touched in a bad place by a republican at an Arts Festival. kevinpate 04-21-2009, 05:38 AM Whatever it is, it was also present near the PD and county mid day on the 9th. Glad I wasn't the only one smelling that. It was real faint over at my office by Saints.
