I fished kitchens lake in the back part in a tube, had a beaver swim in between my legs and come to the surface and slap the water behind me....POW!

Snakes never bothered me when I tubed. The trick is to NOT make a big
splash. They think it's a storm and will go to the closets place. The guy in
the tube is the closest place. Just tap them on the head and they'll leave.

I'm from Moore, graduated from MHS in 90...Now I live in Choctaw.

And I'm pretty sure I was shot at by one of the Kitchens.

My son graduated in '91....must have been an "off" day if you were shot AT...

lol...I had a friend that lived right by there, and we'd walk across their land and mess around down there by the lake. Just being ornery teenagers.

And we DID get shot at...We just didn't know by whom. They were yelling and shooting a shotgun while chasing us through the woods. It was an old guy (who isn't old when you're 15?) and he sounded drunk.
