Bought it on eBay for $1900 in 2001, flew out to Morgantown, WVa and drove it home. By the way, the picture was taken with a classic too. My 1947 Rolleiflex. Analog rules! Yeah, I've still got about 800 LPs and still listen to them. Sometimes I'll even fire up the reel-to-reel. Yeah, we're happy with that guy's work! LOL! There's another photo with the primer and some sanding. He's going to start painting it in about 2 weeks. Yesterday we picked up the tires at the Chickasha Swap Meet and bought front and rear chrome bumpers, a floor mat, door handles, grommets for the window handles and a bunch of other goodies. Kewanee Green for the lower and reveals and Elkpoint Green for the upper. Everything else will be black. The man thinks he can get us a new or barely used radiator. That'll be nice. I'll try to put some more shots of the progress! I just got it at a steal, now restoring it a little at a time. Drove a 57 chevy to Capitol hill high everyday of school. That car has many stories. This new one will too. We took the paint codes, door handles, weather stripping and a few other things to the garage today.
