Has anyone else here tried this place on 50th & Lincoln? What did you think? I have a friend the works close to them and he took me to lunch there today. I have to say it's pretty good stuff. The pulled pork is juicy and tender and I really like their "cowboy beans" (spicy pinto beans with bits of brisket in it). One of the guys that was with us said his brisket was some of the best he's had. He also said the buttermilk pie was excellent too. I was too full to get any pie, but I'll definitely be returning again to try some, as well as that brisket. I won't go so far to say it's the best I've ever had, but it's definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

i've gone several times over the past few years and completely agree with you. it's really good barbecue... not the best i've had, but definitely worth going to.

I think their brisket is some of the best in the metro area. Not the best I have had either but the best that I have sampled in the past couple years in the metro. I like my brisket with good smokey flavor and this is one of the few places in OKC that actually consistently have that in their brisket.

Definitely a good place to stop in if you are want smoked meat.
