Randy made a big pot of chili today. It's a recipe from her Grandmother's cafe, Mopsy's, that was in Shawnee several years back. The meat was Bill Kamp's course ground chili meat and we made some really stout beef stock for it by boiling down some fantastic, meaty soup bones from Cattle Tracks Ranch . . . it was great. I'll get the recipe out tomorrow and post it. It's like a once a year deal at our house and today was the day.
In the mean time put yours up.

I'm not giving away my chili recipe!
Egads man! I might as well give away the keys to the beer fridge while I'm at it!
