I am new to the area and was wondering if anybody could make some suggestions on what the best methods for looking for a job in the OKC are.

The best method in OKC to find a good job is word of mouth or a head hunter. I have found mine through both. Websites are not use. It is a good ole boy system here, so it helps to know people. You need to get out and meet people.

I've seen OKC IT listings on these sites in the past. What sort of IT job are you looking for? I can give you the name of a good headhunter if you PM me.

I am a Network Engineer.

I appreciate your offer of the headhunter. I think my account may be to new to PM as i don't see any options to do this.

Click on the persons screenname that you wish to send a PM to and it will be one of the options.

You might try craigslist as well, they have a whole section dedicated to IT jobs in OKC.
