Does anyone know what is going on with the Council Rd bridge over I-40. It's been torn up for about 6 months or more, and has wood paneling on it that looks like it's rotting. Did they look to redo it, and stop? It looks very bad!

Is that strip club still open? It use to be called "Vegas".

I know they have plans to completely redo those bridges and overchanges, perhaps this is part of that work?
