Just curious if anyone knows whats happening on 23rd street heading into Choctaw. They built the brand new Braums and now they are clearing looks to be at least a 100 acres or more and flattening it out.

It will be business (restauraunts and whatnot) but nobody is for sure what exactly is going in... Over on harper just south of 23rd st, they are putting in a 5 screen movie theater, YMCA and a gated, (fairly nice looking from the plans) apartment complex.

I said it before, a movie theater would have to be farther out than midwest city to attract anyone. A movie theater wouldn't survive in MWC, but I think it could in Choctaw.
